We can expidite orders, but it may depend as each caseis slightly different; please let us know in advance if it is required at the time of order so that we can talk through the project timeline you are working on.

Packages are typically sent through DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT. USBirdy will assess the most efficient and economical method available. Tracking numbers are always sent to our clients by email once they are generated by the courier; however, some tracking numbers may not register in the system until the next business day.

In some cases, there may be a slight delays depending on each carrier's delivery schedule, customs inspections, holidays, festivals, and natural phenomena but we do everything to communicate with you on any unexpected event should one arise.
