What is the Minimum Order Quantity for your USB products?

The minimum order is 100 pieces. 

 Do you accept rush/last-minute orders? What is the shortest lead time for production?

Yes, and for example a 2D branded USB order may take 1-3 days to manufacturer and a custom 3D branded solution may take a few more days to design depending on complexity. Prior to manufacturing we can also quote shipping estimates and work with you on rush orders and expidited shipping in an effort to support your event or campaign, please consult with our sales team at info@usbirdy.com.

 Do you offer free samples?

No, but what we can do is provide you with visual samples and mockups of both 2 and 3D models so that you can envision the promotinal solution. We can also and depending on the circumstance provide a lower then normal order threshold. 

 What type of chip do you use for your USB flash drives?

USBirdy uses top-quality brand chips such as Samsung, Micron, Intel, Hynix, and Toshiba, among others. All our chips have full capacity and are partitioned only if requested by the client. We ensure that you receive fully functional Promotional USB Flash Drives.

 What is the process for printing, engraving, or creating my logo?

Once you provide the images, pictures, and/or logos (preferably in vector formats like PDF, AI, EPS, or PSD) along with your ideas, we will create a virtual sample or "render" based on your vision. This virtual sample will be sent to you via email within approximately 2 working days. Upon receiving your approval on the details such as position, lengths, colors, and direction of the logo, we will finalize the virtual blueprint. These blueprints will be shared with you for final approval before proceeding with the manufacturing process.

The shape I like is not available on your site catalog. Can you produce the one I require?

Absolutely, this is our specialty in fact. We started with flat 2D solutions and evolved into custom 3D modeling solutions. Please share the image with us, and we will do our best to bring your ideas to life! We love taking our customers logos, or products and turn them into promotional products whether its a flashlight, key chain, USB, battery bank, phone case, you name it we can probably get it done.

What does the shipping process look like?

USBirdy partners with top courier services such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and TNT, just to name a few. Once the solution is manufactured the typical delivery time is 3-5 working days depending on where you want things delivered.
